Karen Bolden
Mrs. Bolden has over 20 years of experience as a Social Worker. She has worked within the family court system as an advocate for the safety and well being of children and families in Upstate SC. Mrs. Bolden specializes in building rapport and developing relationships with families to achieve positive safety outcomes. Mrs. Bolden has previous experience working with the Department of Social Services as a case manager and foster care supervisor. She has also worked with families in private custody cases to ensure the safety of their children during family visitations. Mrs. Bolden is a graduate of Winthrop University.
Felissa Carter Moore
Felissa Carter Moore has over 20 years of administrative, human resources, finances, and grant management experience. She has experience managing multimillion dollar budgets including state appropriations, tuition, fees, contracts, grants, and foundation funds. Mrs. Moore is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.
